New Goals

So....I didn't quite make it to the finish but I was really close I missed 3 days of the workout goal...

Now I am back it is time to start another goal. I hope that this challenge will get others committed too...Please let me know. I seem to do better when I am competing with someone. I have decided I am going to work out 30 min 6 times a week for 12 weeks. Who is going to join me? Ann? Andrea? Grant? Tricia? Mom A? Mom G? Dad A? Leroy? Linds? Tam? All of you? Thanks for committing!!!

Count me in, but an hour not 30 min. I feel so much better, even if I dont look any different. I am proud of your dilligence. Come on Brucie, lets see if you have what it takes???

you only missed 3 days of 4 weeks? you are amazing. i'm having trouble getting re-motivated and pushing play so this is good. we'll have to come up with a plan...like the first one who misses has to make a cd mix and mail it to the other one or something free like that!
i'm starting with you today!

Tammy, this isn't poker - you don't have to raise the bet. ;)

I'm in. And I'll offer a side challenge: couples work out at least 2 times a week together. It can be a walk, a TurboJam video, tickling each other in the kitchen, whatever. Get creative. Use it as a way to support each other and strengthen your bond.

Dang Stacie, thought for sure I could up the stakes. Actually I already do an hour 6 times a week, so really not fair for me to take the challenge. But it will keep me on track. As far as the couple thing, I wish I could get Dave to work out. It would be good for him. Just not interested.
