On Track

I have been jamming it lately. My goal is at least 20 minutes of Turbo Jam 4 times a week. We are going on week three and I have done it. This week with Grant being gone I missed so I did a 40 min one today...that works right? Well I was noticing that the 20 min one still got me sweating but I wasn't weak afterwards, so it may be time to kick it up a notch anyway. I can't believe the difference it makes. I am so uncoordinated but it doesn't seem to matter, I am still getting a killer workout and she is so motivating. If you are having trouble working out, do these it seems like a couple of times and you are addicted.
