the biggest reason for not being good is getting busy. it takes time, brainpower and planning to eat healthy and i just get busy sometimes. since it's not a regular thing in my life yet, it's the first thing to go when the times get busy, when in actuality, it should be one of the last. when i exercise and eat well, everything else goes better so I should realize that the other things that i'm trying to take care of get taken care of better when i am doing what i know is best for my health. there. was that confusing enough?
